You have the right to return any product purchased within 14 days of delivery and to be reimbursed for the full amount within 30 days of delivery. The product should be in the same exact condition as when you received it. Return the product with its original packaging. If you need more information on how to proceed, please contact our customer service. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and possible custom charges. Please include your name, and order number in the package. Ear jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
